• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our services.
• All tools, code, and designs are protected intellectual property of StatSigma™.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• We use third-party services (e.g. Razorpay) for secure payment processing.
• Plans auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

4. Refund Policy

StatSigma™ does not offer refunds except where required by law. All payments are final.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@thestatsigma.com within 7 days. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund based on circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and material on StatSigma™ remain our intellectual property.

6. Service Availability

We strive for uptime and performance but make no guarantees. We may update, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or trigger chargebacks without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

StatSigma™ is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
